Right of Withdrawal

If you are an entrepreneur (see section 1.2 of our terms and conditions) within the meaning of § 14 German Civil Code (BGB), the right of revocation does not exist. For consumers (any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can not be attributed primarily to their commercial or independent professional activity):

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post, e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you cancel this Agreement, we will have all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (excluding any additional costs incurred by you) arising from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; In no event will you be charged for any such repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period .

You will be responsible for the costs of returning parcels. They also bear the immediate costs of returning non-parceled goods. The costs are estimated at a maximum of about 39.95 EUR.

You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value on a not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods dealing with them
