Buell

Buell was an American developer and manufacturer of very special and different motorcycles. The mastermind behind these motorcycles is the former Harley-Davidson engineer and professional race-driver Eric Buell. In 1993 Harley-Davidson became the major shareholder of the company. Following this, Buell began to dramatically increase its sales, number of models and yearly output. Buell quickly made themselves a name in the market for sports-bikes and sportive naked-bikes, thus creating synergy effects for the mother company. Eric Buell was finally able to make his vision of unconventional bikes for everybody a reality. The radical design of Buells bikes was to concentrate the masses near the center of the bike. Additionally the team developed some new and ground-braking components like the tank in the frame or the revolutionary brakes. However Buell never offered Carbon-parts for his bikes. Especially for the models of the Buell XB series, you can find many different high-quality carbon-parts at ffcarbon.com. For example, you can find for Buell XB9: Carbon front fenders, frame-covers or even the complete airbox. If you are looking for a side-fairing or even a belt cover for Buell XB12 in ultra-light carbon, don’t hesitate to contact us. Even though Buell made highly innovative bikes, the economic success was neglected. During the financial crisis, in 2009, Harley-Davidson announced to end the production of Buell bikes. In the aftermath of the collapse of his company, Buell started a new company by the name of EBR.
