Twill Weave or Plain Weave – You Can Choose.
The first choice you have is the weaving of your carbon part. The weaving comes in two different patterns: twill or plain. The weaving has no effect on the stability or durability of your carbon part, it is just the visual surface and gives the carbon part it´s characteristic appearance.
The structure of the plain weave is similar to those of a chessboard. Elegant and timeless – this pattern consist of small squares, finely connected with each other. This weave pattern is considered the classical carbon weave.
Carbon is made out of carbon fibers. In the first step of the production these fibers are getting processed and woven into mats, similar to textiles. These mats are the fabric from which the carbon parts are finally made. During this process the weave pattern occurs.
The twill weave pattern runs diagonal and is best described the phrase saw tooth. Twill weave creates the impression of seemingly deepness and three-dimensionality.
Glossy Finish or Matt Finish – the Choice is Yours.
The next step is to decide which finish you want for your part. Every carbon part comes with a specially engineered paint, which provides additional protection and blocks off UV rays efficiently. We offer our customers two distinguished finish variants.
The glossy finish is not just bright and shiny. You will see your bike also in a new light. Additionally this finish is more resistant against surface scratches and dirt.
The other finish option for your carbon part we offer is our matte finish. Matte finish let your bike appear unique, yet classy. And of course, also this paint provides additional protection against UV effects.

Two different kind of carbon – Carbon+Fiberglas and 100% Carbon.
We offer all our parts in two different carbon materials. You have the choice which material fits best to your needs and riding style.
Carbon+Fiberglass consists of two layers of carbon enhanced with a layer of fiberglass. The visible surface is not distinguishable from 100%carbon. Still, it is way lighter than a fairing part made of ABS plastic.
Carbon+Fiberglass is the favorite choice for most bikers. Experience the advantages of this material, its light weight and outstanding value.
Maximum weight saving, highest stability – this is 100% Carbon
Three layers of carbon are getting formed in an autoclave to a high-end fairing composite. This material has additional stiffness compared to Carbon+Fiberglass – this means more stability at higher speeds. Additionally, because of the higher share of carbon fibers it is even lighter.
100% carbon is the choice for every rider who wants the best in performance – on the track and on the road.
